Service provided: EC THUNDER, a web service for Amazon sellers: profit, cash and stock reporting, purchase planning, accounting records and optional AI assistance.
Price: As stated in the plan or order agreed with you at sign-up. During Early Access, fees (if any) are agreed individually. Consumption tax is added unless the price states it is included.
Other charges: Internet connection and data charges are borne by the customer. Payment processing fees, if any, follow the payment provider's terms.
Payment method and timing: Credit card through Stripe, charged at sign-up and at each renewal (monthly or annually, as chosen). AI credit packs are charged at purchase.
Delivery: The service is available immediately after sign-up is completed and, during Early Access, after the account is set up.
Cancellation: Cancel at any time in the account settings. Access continues until the end of the prepaid period, and renewal stops.
Refunds: Because of the nature of the service, fees already paid are not refunded after the service has started, except where the law requires. Purchased AI credits are non-refundable and expire twelve months after purchase.
System requirements: Latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge on a PC, tablet or smartphone, with a broadband connection (5 Mbps or more recommended).
